This Privacy Policy is to inform you how Orchid Labs, LLC, owner of all MedLeaf Mobile Apps and Websites, (the “Company”) collect and use certain information we obtain from you when you use the Website, our Mobile Applications and related sites and services. By utilizing the Company’s sites agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and if you do not agree then do not use the Company’s sites.

Use of the website and mobile apps are meant to keep your identity anonymous.

Company employees occasionally review Information, in connection with their duties to the Company, but any such employees are bound by confidentiality agreements.
Non-Identifiable Information
The Company may disclose aggregated or otherwise non-identifiable Information, like usage statistics, to third parties. The Information is used to assist doctors, dispensaries and medical researchers, etc. in determining the best medicine and dosage for each illness.
How the Company Handles and Maintains Your Data
The Company processes Information using secure Google Firebase database servers to archive the information and proprietary algorithms to interpret the anonymous data.

The Company will not share or disclose your Information except as otherwise described in these Terms.
The Company cooperates with government and law enforcement officials to enforce and comply with the law. We will disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of Company or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, any illegal, unethical or legally actionable activity.

We Do Not Collect Information from Children Under 13
